Less Plastic Pouch is a laminated paper material and polymeric plastic film to reduce the use of plastic materials that cause increasingly serious environmental pollution and global warming. Basic material structure: Brown/White paper + PE. Inner sealant film can be replaced with Biodegradable material or Biomass PE (Bio content 25% or more). Gas and Moisture Barrier Properties can be provided by PVDC & PVOH coating on white paper. Applying existing flexible packaging production process.
Sustainable Pouch

Bio-Mono PE is a mono material with a biomass content of 46% or more, and USDA certificates and USDA labels are available. It can replace the multilayer materials widely used in the market. Since our material contains biopolymer and has a monostructure, it is possible to reduce carbon emissions in the atmosphere from the production of raw materials, and it is easy to separate and discharge in daily life. Reduction of carbon emissions. Production process is same as current flexible packaging. Separation and discharge(recycling) is possible by replacing multi-layer.
